I just wanted to let you know how pleased my husband and I are with our recent order for replacement slats, hangers and chains. We are both amazed how quick they arrived especially in light of the fact that they were made to measure - ordered on Wednesday night, email received Thursday to say they had been sent and received on Friday. The quality is excellent and everything arrived in perfect condition due to the excellent packaging. We will definitely be using you again for some more, this time for the dining room and are just in the process of deciding which fabric to go for. Incredible customer service - such a rare find these days and the goods and pricing to match the quality too. What more could a customer wish for!! Many thanks for holders I received next day, they are purfect.
I bought my blinds from a company called Hillarys blinds about 12 yrs ago, I rang them to ask for some hangers and cord they informed me they were obsolite and could not surpply me with parts but could send some one out to see about new ones, as you can imagine i was not to happy. So by looking on web and seeing your site I'm glad i did.

The order arrived promptly and I was impressed with the quality of the blinds, the weights and the chain. I was originally going to replace the whole blind system, but after finding your site on line, I thought I would give replacements a try and I'm glad that I did.
 
The blinds finish my newly decorated livingroom beautifully and I will be recommending you to all my friends and family.
