Delivery Times & Charges

All standard blinds parts* which are ordered by 4.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, will be posted within 1 working days to all UK post codes (whenever possible we will despatch the same day). Other areas, please ask by email for delivery cost(we only charge what it costs us).
All parts have free P+P to all UK post codes, except 50 or more bottom weights.
* Parts means all components, not made to measure complete blinds, slats, bulk bottom weights and headrails. See below for delivery times.

 
Made to measure items are sent out within 3 to 5 working days whenever possible, but will definitely be sent no later than 10 working days.
If you want to know when you are going to get your order, please email us and we will try and help you.

You will receive an email to confirm when we have despatched your order, and how it has been sent.

How we send -
Small parcels (weighing less than 1kg) are sent with Royal Mail, and a signature will not be required. Please allow 3 - 5 working days from date of posting (You should get an email from Paypal when your goods are sent out).

Larger parcels (weighing over 1kg) will be sent by Hermes or APC, When we send your goods out you will get an email from Paypal with the tracking details, To track just goto the carriers web site.

Made to measure and all deliveries over 2kg

Are sent out with a 24hr courier, (Not weekends and Bank Holidays)
You will need to sign for your delivery, See below.

When you receive your blinds, slats, headrails or complete blinds

ALWAYS SIGN FOR YOUR BLINDS AS "UNCHECKED" Or DAMAGED

If you cannot check the contains of the parcel before you sign for it ( because the driver does not have enough time for you to unwrap the parcel) remember if you sign for the parcel without checking, YOU are signing for it in "GOOD CONDITION" and it is your responibility if it is bent or broken, NOT OURS.
SO If you sign for your goods without printing "UNCHECKED" or "DAMAGED" you are signing for your blinds IN GOOD CONDITION, and we will not be able to claim from our insurance for any damages found after unpacking as you have signed for them as in GOOD CONDITION. In these circumstances we cannot be held responsible for any damages found. So, to protect yourself, always sign for your goods as "Unchecked" or "DAMAGED"
If you find something wrong with your blind(s) when you open them, please contact us ASAP by email or phone. If it is our fault we will put it right free of charge.
